Dear Sirs:
Thank you for allowing us to comment on the subject issue.
I have been appalled for several years at what appears to be a manipulation of the precious metals markets due
to the large, seemingly unlimited, short positions held by a small number of hedgers.
Please use your authority to limit these positions, and stop the levels of concentration in COMEX futures.
