    Metals Hearing
    manipulation of precious metal markets
    Secretary of Commission
    Dear Sir:
Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to express my view on the subject of market
    manipulations
    in the precious metals markets.
I believe that there is now ample evidence that the silver and gold markets are being manipulated
    by a few
banks in order to profit greatly at the expense of the legitimate stakeholders in these markets.
    The solution
is within the authority of your agency to eliminate this abuse.
I respectfully request that you now enforce speculative limits on the Comex silver and gold future
    positions
and thus bring some level of integrity and trust back to this arm of government.
    Yours truly,
    Darryl Bruns
