COMEX position limits
Dear Sir;
Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
Please establish a speculative position limits in COMEX precious metals in order to prevent
concentrated positions, which often result in manipulated markets.
Also, please restrict hedging exemptions to legitimate hedgers.
