Dear Sir;
Regarding the issue of position limits for precious metals:
Allowing unlimited speculative positions in COMEX silver trading has led to out and out fraud and
illegal manipulation in my opinion. Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEXsilver
of no more than 1000- 1500 contracts. Please restrict any and all hedging exemptions from
those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures
that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
