Position Limits for Precious Metals
Dear Sir;
Thank for listening to suggestions for position limits on precious metals. A speculative position limit in COMEX
silver of no more than 1500 contracts seems like a good idea. Also, only legitimate hedgers should be exempted
from this limit. And last, the levels of concentration on the short side of COMEX silver futures by their very
existence constitutes manipulation, in my opinion.
