Dear Sir/Madam;
Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1200-1500 contracts.
Hedging exemptions should be restricted to legitimate hedqers.
Also, someone needs to stop the
levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been so problematic -- dare I say
manipulated -- on the short side of the market.
