Position limits on silver
Sirs,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
Please do what you can to establish a speculative position limit in Comex Silver.
I am hoping that this will level the playing field and help the small investor!!
Please stop the levels of concentration in Comex Silver Futures that have been experienced so
consistently over such a long time, on the short side of the market.
