Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the issue of positions limit for precious metals.
Please establish a speculative position limit on the COMEX silver of no more 1500 contracts. Please
restrict any hedging exemptions from those limit to legitmate hedgers. Please stop to levels of
concentrations in COMEX in silver futures that have been experienced over the past years on the
shortside of the market
