position limits- my request
To the CFTC
Dear Sir/Madam,
I followed the discussions on the levels of concentration in the Comex
futures market on the short side with great interest, and as a participant
in these markets I agree that something does not seem right.
I therefore would like to request you to make sure that these levels of
concentration are stopped, and that there are speculative position limits
established in the Comex silver market of 1000 to 1500 contracts whereby you
should restrict hedging exemptions to legitimate hedgers. I assume that it
is in your power to do so.
I hope all these hours of discussions and public hearings will lead to more
fair and transparent markets.
