Silver position limit restrictions
Dear CFTC,
The opportunity to make these comments is encouraging and appreciated. I want to strongly encourage you to
reduce speculative position limits in COMEX silver to no more than 1500 contracts, AND to restrict hedging
exemptions to ONLY legitimate hedgers. Please stop the short side concentration levels in COMEX silver futures
as witnessed over the last few years. In these present economic conditions it is imperative to insure confidence
with action and not just words.
