    Metals Heating
From The Netherlands - Position Limits Precious Metals
    Dear Sir,
What I am writing to you today is not only in the interest of the American public, but for world
citizens in general. The future of our society, and thus our children, is depending on an
environment in which speculation or manipulation has no place.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1.500 contracts.
Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Also, those
hedging exemptions should be made public and should also be limited, albeit on a - slightly -
    higher level.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over
the past few years on the short side of the market.
    Sincerely,
    Gerard Krielen
