Position Limits
DearSirs; I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your recent meetings, As i would like to comment on positions
limits for precious metals. Please establish a speculative position limit in COMAX Silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any
hedging exemptions from these limits to legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in COMAX Silver Futuresw that have
been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the
martket
