Position Limits - Precious Metals
Dear Sir,
I'm writing to request that you move to establish a speculative position
limit in COMEX silver of approx. 1500 contracts, and eliminate hedging
exemptions except for legitimate hedgers. Please do the right thing and
end the illegal huge levels of concentration in silver shorts in COMEX silver
futures.
