Position Limits on Precious Metals
As a private citizen and individual investor, I am writing to ask you to govern for the
people by:
1) establishing a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500
contracts.;
2) restricting any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers; and
3) stopping the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures on the short side of
the market.
Please resist the forces of the big commercial interests by doing the right and
responsible thing.
