Urge you to establish position limits in COMEX silver (!)
Dear Sir;
I am writing to urge the CFTC to do somethng that is vital for the markets and in
the interest of the American public.
Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts,
and
restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the
past few years on the short side of the market.
Thank you for your kind attention to this very important matter.
