In reference to RIN3038-AC61, all traders should have the right to choose the amount of leverage that is
appropriate for his/her risk appetite. This basic principle of 'choice' is being threatened by the proposed
CFTC
regulations and limits the 'average' American from investing in this vehicle. Please do not allow this to happen.
