Could someone please explain to me why so many naked shorts are permitted in the silver market.
How can a company sell silver certificates for silver that they do not have ? Is this not a form of
counterfeiting ?
Please sort this mess out and charge the guilty parties with fraud. I truly think you should make an
example of how you intend to punish cheaters and discourage fraud with this case.
The Comex has become a sham. It is your duty to restore transparency and accountability to this
institute.
