Position Limit Comment
Dear Sir;
Thank you for your efforts and the public hearing on this matter. As a small investor I have long felt the lack of
regulatory enforcement and massive concentrations created an unfair market for me and one dangerous for the
economy. The hearings were very enlightening and seemed to reinforce the need to better protect this market
before a repeat here similar to the banking crisis. Please remove exemptions and enforce safe position limits
towards eliminating another "too big to fail" crisis probability.
