I am grateful you had the meeting about precious metal position limits on March 25
th
.
It is imperative that
enforced limits of 1500 contracts be placed on all non hedgers, with no exceptions for the big banks. The current
levels of concentration in silver and gold markets is illegal and unacceptable.
