Metals Hearing
CFTC HEAR1NG 3/25/10
After reading the published reports on the metals hearing, I respectfully request that the CFTC do all
within its power to ensure the fairness of the market vis-a-vis short positions, concentrations and
possible market manipulation. Individual investors, like myself, need to perceive the fairness of the
metals market and the reports seem to indicate that may not the case. Inaction my the CFTC at this
time will not engender trust and confidence.
