SPECULATIVE POSITION LIMITS. IMPORTANT!
Dear Sir,
PLEASE listen to what is being asked of your commission. To have a
market function properly, you cannot allow the amount of manipulation
that has been ongoing for so long. Limit speculative positions and
bring back
some semblance of fairness and sensibility to trading
practices...PLEASE! A market needs to be free and fair. The ball is
in your court.
