Comment on position limits
Dear Sir;
Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals and the restriction of
hedging exemtions. Please establish a speculative position limit of 1500 contracts in COMEX silver. Also,
please restrict hedging exemptions from these limits to legitimate hedgers only. Please stop the levels of
concentration on the short side of COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years.
Please take the steps needed to bring the silver market back to a free market status.
