Metals
Hearing
fraud
Dear Sir/Madam,
I write concerning your recent hearing regarding the 'manipulation' of
gold and silver prices. I am reminded of one phrase, 'all it takes
for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing'. Throughout time
people have been judged for their deeds and not their words. Your
remit as an organisation is to prevent fraudulent behaviour and protect
the integrity of this 'open' market, not that you should need
reminding of that.
I cannot speak for you or your organisation and can only comment on
the evidence available to date, that said, should I have knowledge of
such manipulation and not act upon it ( as a member of the CFTC ) I
would hang my head in shame and be unable to look my friends and
family in the face.
I feel in the fullness of time as the curtains of deception are
withdrawn for all to see we will no doubt witness the puppet masters of
this deception leave the players in this to face the full scrutiny of
the public and the judiciary.
There is no such thing as a free lunch, all complicit parties in this
deception will eventually face the light of justice. Until then, have
a nice day, take pride in your 'work' and remember someone far more
powerful than any banking organisation is watching you and your
colleagues.
FYI, my honesty and integrity are not for sale at any price.
SEC ingored Bernie Madoff scam, CFTC ignores metals price
manipulation, like I said my integrity and honesty are not for sale,
shame we cannot say the same about 'regulators' and their 'blind eye
syndrome'.
