Dear Sir;
I'm writing in favor of contract limits for the shorts who, in the case of banks, are not really ligitimate hedgers in my
opinion. I think Americans deserve a level playing field in these markets. I won't get into the oversized short
position issue which has been complained about for years; however, I do think that the activities of JP Morgan et
al in the Comex market, need to be reighned in immediately. Please, let's make this a fair market for all
Americans.
