position limits
Dear Sir;
Thank for the opportunity to comment.
I feel it would be prudent to establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no
more than 1200-1600 contracts. I believe there isastrong need to restrict any hedging
exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers and stop the levels of concentration in
COMEX silver futures that have been experienced on the short side of the market.
