Metals Hearing
Market Manipulation
Thankyou for the opportunity to comment on the past and current market manipulations within the
precious metals. As a person that has followed the metals markets for the past 10 years it is refreshing to
finally have a CFTC that is willing to make the tough decisions in order to do the right thing. Please
establish position limits of no more than 1500 contracts in Comex silver in order to prevent
concentration/manipulation in the Comex silver futures market.
