It is past time to end the fraudulent action perpetrated by short selling and illegal hedging in the metals
market.. Honest, tax paying, citizens like me are being cheated by the refusal to put an end to this fraud by the
government offices that are suppose to protect us and prevent what is continually happening. It is time for all of
you to do what you have been sworn to do.
We need position limits for precious metalsl. We need to restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to
legitimate hedgers.
