massive shorts on COMEX silver futures.
Thank you for the opportunity allowing me, a Canadian, to comment on the issue of huge positions taken in
precious metals, notably COMEX silver on the short side. Please establish a speculative position limit of no more
than 1500 contracts in COMEX silver and restrict any hedging exemptions from these limits to truly legitamite
hedgers. Please stop the level of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced on the short
side over the past few years
