    Metals Hearing
    Fraud
    Sirs:
I beg you to do whatever you need to do to right this wrong. These manipulators have stolen wealth
from the people in huge numbers. The people, I am one of them, are very small investors working with
all the intelligence and energy that God has given them to manage their small savings in order to better
their families lives. How could you let these good people, the very backbone of this country, enter a
rigged casino. It was (still is) your job to protect them from the forces beyond their control. How could
you be so short sighted! How could you let the fraud happen! Now that it is known what took place you
must act with decisiveness to make sure it can not happen again. It would be nice if you could somehow
reimburse the victims of the crime. Those criminals should have to pay some sort of penalty to those of
us who believed in the system. It was not Las Vegas after all. If the Casinos in Vegas had the same odds
as the bankers they would own the world. But they have rules and regulations that keep them in line.
The same should apply to the short sellers in Metals.
You are the only people who can stop this. I ask you to please take whatever actions you need to take in
order to make it happen. Anything less is beneath you.
    Respectfully,
    Eve Berkson
