    Silver Limits Public Comment
    This is great to be able to give public comment. Thanks. Please put a limit on positions in COMEX silver of no
    more than 1,500 contracts. Restrict hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please disallow
    them from shorting silver over the past few years.
