Proposed Federal Speculative Position
Dear Sir:
I appreciate the opening for my comments about position limits for
precious metals. Please make a speculative position limit in COMEX
silver of 1500 contracts. Please restrict hedging exemptions from
those limits, including legitimate hedgers. Please end the
concentration level in COMEX silver futures that have existed for
years on the market's short side.
