position limits
Dear Sir;
Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
It concerns me greatly that COMEX silver futures have such a great short concentration in just a few traders. This
would not be allowed to happen in any other market and it should not be allowed in this market either.
Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts.
