To the Secretary, Commodity Futures Trading Commission Re: position limits
for Silver.
Dear Sir;
Thank you for this opportunity to discuss the issue of position limits for Silver. I would greatly
appreciate it if you could create a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500
contracts. Also could you please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate
hedgers. Last but not least could you please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures
that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
