Trader position limits
Dear Sir or Madam:
Thank you for giving the public the opportunity to comment on your hearings regarding the position limits of
traders in the precious metals markets. Excessive positions relative to the true amount of physical metals that
can, in fact, be delivered are a means of manipulating the market prices and should be restricted. Please limit
the positions the large traders and hedgers
can
take.
