Dear CFTC,
Thank you for having the hearing to discuss the metals market. I would
ask that you create a speculative position limit in COMEX Silver of
1500 contracts or less. I would ask that you stop the levels of
concentration in COMEX Silver futures that have been seen over the past
couple of years on the short side of the market. Please restrict
hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. You have
an opportunity to improve the economic integrity in the United Statesof
America and I pray that you take this as serious as our citizens know
you should. Thank you for your time.
