Proposed Federal Speculative Position
Dear Sir:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on position limits for precious metals. Please establish a
position limit for Silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any hedging exemptions from
those limits as well to legitimate hedgers. I would like too see you stop the levels of concentration in
COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the
markets.
Thank you for all of your efforts to improve our markets. It is a big job and I know it is complicated.
