Dear Sir... I am concerned about the levels of concentration in the COMEX silver futures on the short side of the
market ...... Please establish a position limit in COMEX silver of not more than 1500 contracts with no
exemptions ........ I would very much like to hear back from you on where the CFTC stands on the issue of position
