Metals Hearing
position limits for precious mtals
Dear Commissioners:
I appreciate the opportunity to comment on the subject of
position limits for the
precious metals. I believe that a speculative limit of 2 or 3 percent
of world mine
production would be beneficial to to market stability. I also believe
that the two or
three largest holders of positions should be public information which
would also
contribute to market stability.
The above would effectively put an end to the current
manipulation of the COMEX
futures markets.
Thank you for your decision to address and improve the
integrity of the precious
metals market.
