Metals Hearing
Position Limits
Have been following with interest the discussions and hearings regarding
the above-referenced issue. While initially opposed and then nuetral
regarding position limits, I now feel that these are needed. As I have
come to understand the issue more, I feel there are no other good
alternatives. MORE IMPORTANTLY, TESTIMONY GIVEN AT YOUR RECENT HEARINGS
SOLIDIFIED IN MY MIND THAT THE LACK OF LIMITS HAS RESULTED IN UNINTENDED
CONSEQUENCES. Position limts would go a long way towards elliminating
these activities.
