Contract Limits
Greeting:
You folks are supposed to be insuring a fair and honorable market system. Precious
metals is not such a market and only the blind, ignorant or complicit would attempt to
deny such fraud in progress.
I know it is a mess. And I know there is no easy fix because it has gone on for so long.
And finally, I know that if you choose to do the right thing, changes will take place.
Please enforce limits and eliminate the exemptions these rouge traders
(banks)

behind to do their manipulations,
