    Metals Hearing
Secretary of the Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission
    Dear Mr. Secretary,
I am not writing because I have great knowledge about how the manipulation in the
    silver market should be terminated.
I am writing because, like many other Americans, I am getting into this market for
the first time. Almost immediately I heard scary stories of 'the big boys'
manipulating the market. I thought perhaps I should not enter this market for that
reason. I am not capable of playing such sophisticated games nor do I want to
    become such a person.
There is nothing that is comprable to precious metals for me to invest in at this
stage in my life. It is vitally important for the market to be fair to all. I just know that
you are the one who is able to make this a safe market for all Americans. I know
that you have the power to make certain that manipulation in the silver market will
    be terminated.
I humbly and firmly request that you act on behalf of those Americans who cannot
    act on their own behalf.
    Sincerely,
    D'Anne Blume
    Nashville, TN
