CFTC - please stop the manipulation
Dear Sir;
Thank you for broadcasting the hearings in March and providing the general public an opportunity to comment on
the issue of position limits for precious metals. It is evident that the establishment of a speculative position limit
in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts would level the playing field for smaller investors. Please
restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in
COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market. An
unwinding of these positions as you know will allow the market to seek a fair and just price discovery.
