Metals Hearing
Position Limits for PM
Dear Sirs,
Thank for holding the Hearings in March and for providing the opportunity to comment on the issue of
position limits for precious metals.
You have heard testimonies and been presented with facts which proves that concentrated short
positions are an issue which has to be dealt with. One thing is for certain: there is enough evidence to
warrant a thorough investigation of what JP Morgan is up to in the small silver market.
Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX gold and silver and/or find a way to eliminate
the manipulations of the big bullion banks.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the
past few years on the short side of the market.
