Dear Sir: I have owned silver for many years. It is obvious that prices are being manipulated. Thanks for letting
me express my thoughts thru this venue. Position limits should be established like in other commodities.
Preferably no more than 1500 contracts should help to clear the manipulation. Please stop the levels of
