Dear Mr. Secretary
I appreciate the opportunity that you have provided for public comment on the current issue of position limits
regarding precious metals.
I ask that you ensure the establishment of a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of NO MORE than 1500
contracts.
Additionally, a restriction of any hedging exemptions from those limits to only legitimate hedgers is needed.
Finally, it would benefit the market greatly if you were to stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures
that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
