Dear CFTC Commissioners;
As an active participant in precious metals markets I urge you to establish a speculative
position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts.
The excessive level of concentration in COMEX silver futures over the past several years on
the short side, has been and continues to be in need of strict regulation that would also restrict
any hedging exemptions from 1500 contracts to only legitimate hedgers.
