Metals Hearing
Position Limits in the Gold and Silver Markets
Gentlemen: I would like to make my voice heard. I think it is imperative that you set sound standards for how big
an institutions position limits should be in order to prevent a small number of traders from having an undue
influence on the price of both gold and silver. There should be no exceptions to these rules because that is how
markets become manipulated. I appreciate your taking the time read my e-mail. Dave Ruch
