*Proposed Fed Speculative Position
Dear David;
Please actually establish a speculative psotion limit in Comex Silver or no more than 1500 contracts.
Plus, restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits.
Basically, STOP levels of concentration in COMEX sliver futures, which seem to be on the short side
the last several years.
Please move to improve the integrity of our markets!
