Metals Hearing
position limits, please!
Dear Sir;
I would like to make a respectful but impassioned request on the issue of precious metals position
limits. It is clear that speculative position limits of COMEX silver are necessary to keep the
exchange from becoming atravesty. Many have suggested limiting positions to 1500 contracts.
This seems prudent as I fear what will happen if the markets forcibly correct later rather than
sooner. Hedging exemptions from those limits must also (obviously) be kept to legitimate hedgers.
Please do the right thing and bring the patently obvious COMEX silver shorting to an end.
