The proposed margin rule does not favor the American citizen. We could not trade currencv with the rest of the
world until 1999 because of rules like the one Vou are proposing. If the privilege to trade under current margin
rules does not change for the rest of the world traders Vou will have to answer for that. Citizens are feed up
with the kind of legislation that is not in our citizens or this countrv's best interest.
